  After a very poor experience of another online furniture seller I wasn't expecting much but the quality of the bedroom set is superb...beautifully made, sturdy and very smart. Even the handles are heavy chrome & not cheap stuff. Service & delivery was also excellent & the furniture was put together (for small fee) really well. Very professional company selling very high quality furniture. Thank you!

  After some issues about our delivery on our Hexham nest of tables they eventually arrived. It really was worth the wait, beautiful well crafted high quality furniture. Delivery men were great took time opened the package ensuring all good were in perfect condition.

  Poor quality, ordered 2 items this year and both are defective desk with a hole in it, console table with a leg joint drilled in the wrong place. I was told by Oakworld staff that the items are shipped in from Vietnam and only a small number are checked before they are sent out as for the rest they are simply sent straight out without checking, hence the problem. As for the returns policy you may as well become a paid member of the warehouse staff with information that you need to submit absolutely awful. Will not return or recommend this company given my experience.
